How it works:

An alarm is triggered at a monitored location, either due to a security breach or a malfunction. Client calls our  dispatch center we then send out our K9 unit to the site accompanied by armed security team if needed. We  can offer your commercial property or business priority response to your accounts location within ( 40 ) minutes of when we get the call from your alarm monitoring company.

K9's Role:
Patrol: Search the premises on leash with patrol officer for intruders or signs of forced entry.
Alert & Detection: Locate hidden people/Alerts guard of any hidden or known presence within the property.
Removal or Apprehension: Assist with  officer safety  in removing-detaining or apprehending suspects until law enforcement arrives. 

Incident Management:
Security personnel, including the K9 handler, will assess the situation, secure the premises, and potentially contact law enforcement if necessary. Send "Daily Activity Report" to client after every response. 

Please note that  this is a add-on service for our Business-Property Securing Services only .

Alarm response service is only available to properties with an alarm system installed  already or properties willing to have one installed. VITANI AMERICAN SECURITY will assist you in obtaining an alarm system and having it activated through a third party company if needed but will not physically monitor alarms.
